ADHD journal for teenagers · Coming soon

A journal that works with a busy brain.

PheNature is developing a guided journal for teenagers who want a clearer, less judgemental way to understand emotions, energy, routines, strengths and what helps.

Short prompts

Less blank-page pressure.

Manageable questions are planned so reflection does not feel like another large task to complete perfectly.

Real life

Notice useful patterns.

Prompts will explore energy, focus, overwhelm, sleep, routines, difficult moments and the strategies that genuinely help.

Strengths first

No shame. No fixing.

The journal will make room for creativity, humour, passion and persistence alongside the parts of ADHD that can feel hard.

Who is the journal being created for?

It is intended for teenagers who prefer structured prompts to a completely blank diary. A young person may use it privately or alongside a parent, carer, teacher or other trusted professional when that feels safe and appropriate.

The journal will be an educational reflection tool. It will not diagnose ADHD or replace mental-health, medical or educational support.
