Here are clear answers about downloads, licences, gifting, rewards and support.
How will I receive my purchase?
Payhip sends a download link to the email used at checkout after payment is confirmed.
Can I print the PDF?
Yes. A personal licence allows you to download and print one copy for your own individual or household use.
Can a school copy one purchase for a class?
Only when the matching classroom or whole-school licence has been purchased. A personal licence does not cover classroom copying.
Can I buy a resource as a gift?
Yes. Choose the gifting option at Payhip checkout and enter the recipient details requested.
What if my download does not work?
Check the email address and junk folder first, then contact hello@phenature.co.uk with the name used at checkout.
How do PheNature Rewards work?
Eligible completed purchases earn one point for each complete £1 paid. Twenty points may be exchanged for a £2 reward.
Are these resources medical advice?
