Digital products

Product descriptions and permitted use are shown at purchase. A personal licence is for one purchaser or household. School, classroom and organisation use requires the matching licence tier. Files may not be resold, uploaded publicly or shared beyond the licence purchased. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Educational and wellbeing information

Resources and community discussions provide general education and peer support. They do not replace medical, psychological, legal, safeguarding or emergency advice. Seek a qualified professional for individual needs and call emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.

Rewards

Completed eligible purchases earn one point for each complete £1 paid. Twenty points may be exchanged for a £2 reward. Points have no cash value, are not transferable and may be corrected or removed following refunds, errors or misuse. Reward offers may change, but existing balances will be treated fairly.

Parent Community

Members must be 18 or over, use their own account and follow the Community Rules. All posts and replies may be reviewed before publication. PheNature may reject, hide or preserve content, close reports or block posting access to protect users and comply with legal duties. The community is not continuously monitored or suitable for emergencies.

Acceptable use

Do not identify children, harass others, publish unlawful or infringing content, encourage harm, impersonate people, spread malicious software, advertise without permission or attempt to bypass security. You remain responsible for what you submit.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep services available and information accurate, but interruptions and errors may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
