Community rules

1. Members must be 18 or over.
2. Do not identify a child: never share full names, schools, addresses, contact details, locations or photographs.
3. Be kind. Bullying, harassment, hate, threats and shaming are not permitted.
4. Share experience, not diagnoses. Do not present medical, legal or crisis advice as professional guidance.
5. Do not encourage self-harm, suicide, violence, abuse, illegal activity or dangerous behaviour.
6. Do not advertise, fundraise or contact members privately through details posted in the community.
7. Report concerning content. Moderators may edit visibility, reject posts, preserve safety records or block accounts.

Moderation times

The moderation queue is checked once daily. We normally aim to review posts, replies and reports within 48 hours, but this is not guaranteed. The community is not monitored continuously.

Crisis support

This community cannot provide emergency help. Call 999 if someone is in immediate danger. In Scotland, call NHS 24 on 111 and select the mental-health option. Samaritans are available on 116 123.

Privacy

Use a display name and keep identifying details out of posts. Approved posts are visible to signed-in community members. Contact hello@phenature.co.uk to request access to or deletion of your community data, subject to lawful safety and record-keeping needs.
